The past week marked the end of a chapter for all of us as we bade farewell to an important part of REGAL VALET. Our very first outlet in TTDI ceased operations after more than 4 years since our humble beginnings from a little corner shop in this wonderful neighbourhood we grew up in. As some of you might have heard, our brand new flagship in Damansara launches in less than a few weeks, and this closure allows us to concentrate on the final works required before we move our teams over and open for business.
As they say, when one door closes, another one opens.. and it is in this positive spirit that we look forward with excitement to what the next chapter holds.
Nevertheless, even as we shut down the place for the final time that day, we couldn’t help but reminisce the blood, sweat and tears; all the experiences and the memories – both the good and the bad – that have shaped us, and the company into what we are today. Without a doubt, looking back on the years filled us with a sense of pride and mild accomplishment as the team had stuck together enduring long and winding roads that were often filled with uncertainty and hardship. And so we make it a point to remind one another that it was by no mean feat that we managed to remain steadfast and principled, learning and growing from strength to strength as the company continued to build upon every little success along the way. For that, we’re truly grateful.
Well, again they say that diamonds are nothing more than chunks of coal that stuck to their jobs. In growing our expertise and improving our service standards to the highest levels, there is surely no better ideal to embody. Because after all, at the end of the day, we believe it all comes down to one thing, and make no mistake we’re very clear about this one thing: this has always been, and will always remain our true passion. It is our unending devotion to all our loyal customers and friends, and it becomes almost a daily obsession for the work that we perform night and day; and certainly, believe us when we say there is nothing else we’d rather be doing.
So anyway, we want to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and supporters from day one, and we hope you’ll continue to stick around and trust us to provide you with the best service possible. As always, we appreciate all feedback as we seek to further raise our game to the next higher level. We believe you deserve at least that much.
